The only good thing about this Hotel was the Beach view.
The room was so dirty our feet went black from walking bare foot inside the room. The bed was confortable enough but the linen has definitely seen better days, along with the carpet and appliances.

The location was really good. Steps to the beach.
It was horrible, people slamed the door, running up and down corridor till 2am, loud noises, swearing, really bad languages. It was scary, we did not sleep as thought they might get too drunk & break into the room. When we check out, there were people swearing with small dog in the corridor. The curtain were filthy, have not washed for the last few years. Will not go back there ever again. We need to do something about this, as when we check out there were international tourists sitting in the loung, I felt so embarassing to have tourists come to this hotel, they should not have to see how dirty the hotel is and the behaviour from other Ausie Tourists. Shame.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help with any questions or concerns that we had during our stay. the room we booked was also very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast that was included in our room rate. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance of several major attractions.

Еarly check in, without additional fee. Location close to the beach and center. Nice view from the window.
All things inside room seems obsolete.

it was across the road to the beach and had a good view of the beach handy for shopping and eating
it was old and decrepid. but at least the a/cond worked though very noisy, but only had to choices 18 or 25degrees one to high one to low. Only given one key mypartner and i are not joined at the hip and it made it difficult after office hours

The hotel was in a great location, with restaurants and a patrolled beach right across the road. We also appreciated how close it was to the light rail station, making it easy to explore the area. the room we stayed in had amazing views of the water, and the balcony was a beautiful spot to relax. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.
The staff at the hotel weren't very friendly, which was disappointing.

My point about the price: I came to this hotel 4 times, the price going up. However; I remembered the second time I was rent the same room by 112$ but this time 160$ . The best regards Mohammed Almadari

The location was what we wanted.
The whole complex is quite tired. The pool and spa facilities where dirty. There was beer bottle tops and leaves inside the pool. It didn't get tidied up until Friday. The stove top and oven where soooo old. It wasn't inviting for us to cook our own meals. They didn't provide enough toilet paper. Curtains where old (they had holes). The TV had no remote controls and limited channels. So we left early when the weather changed to storms. We couldn't relax indoors. The cafe was none existant. We think it opened on Saturday but it closed so early "if you blinked you would have missed it". Enter the lifts and it was dirty on most occasions. 2 outdoor chairs and one was broken.

My romantic escape was amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions of the area. We also loved the fact that the suite offered a lot of privacy.
The suite was a bit outdated and there were no hairdryers provided. the elevator situation was inconvenient as only one was working during our stay, leading to long wait times.

The rooms were clean, close to the centre of surfers
The location was stated as being 8.3 Kms of our destination and this is why it was picked and it was actually a lot further than this to the outback spectacular. The spa & sauna were out of ordered, and refreshments poolside was not operating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, close to everything on the Gold Coast esplanade. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the room was clean and comfortable. We were especially impressed with the secure parking and the ocean view from every window. The kitchenette in the room was an added bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Friendly Staff, Close enough location to the night life for young people and cheap. Awesome view of the beach.
Outdated. Stains on curtains, sliding door to balcony was stiff to open and close, when it was closed, you could hear the wind whistle through the gaps. Air conditioner smelt when it was turned on and was an old window unit. Lift doors were slow to open and close.

Welcoming, fast check-in. Staff placed me in a nice room out of the wind with balcony, pool and beach view. Buffet breakfast was of very reasonable price. Rooms are quite old but very comfortable. And quiet. Great for backpackers.
The elevator is very small. The pool is visable to all whom are dinning in. Limited car park space. Car Park was messy, perhaps used as a dumping ground for random things. CHecking out, was simple but not as friendly and appreciative as checking in. A little pricey..
